Since 2019, College 1101 has served young adults at‐risk across the state of Georgia, providing critical services in career readiness (college/career counseling, job search assistance), interview preparation, professional attire provision, entrepreneurial skill‐building, and other professional skills. Pathway 1
College Ready
Our College-Ready Mentorship program equips high school students with the tools to successfully navigate the path to higher education. From personalized academic guidance to college application support, financial aid planning, and SAT/ACT prep, mentors help students set clear goals and build confidence for the transition into college life.
Pathway 2
Career Ready
The Career-Ready Mentorship program connects young adults with professionals who provide guidance on career exploration, resume development, interview skills, and workplace readiness. Participants gain insights into industry expectations, expand their networks, and receive tailored coaching to launch meaningful and sustainable careers.
Pathway 3
Entrepreneurship Ready
Designed for aspiring innovators ages 18-24, the Entrepreneurship-Ready Mentorship program introduces participants to the fundamentals of business ownership. Mentors guide students through idea development, business planning, marketing strategies, and financial literacy, offering hands-on experience and real-world insights to help turn entrepreneurial dreams into reality.

General Mentorship
Our General Mentorship program provides holistic support for teens navigating academic, personal, and social growth for anyone age 14-18. Mentors serve as role models, offering encouragement and life skills training to help students build confidence, develop positive habits, and prepare for success in both school and life.
